"I went here in April about a squeak coming from the front of my 2021 kia rio when I brake. Got my car serviced and they had me pay like 200$ to resurface the rotor because that would fix the issue. Issue wasn't fixed, took it back in and they told me I needed to replace the wheel. I saved up, finally purchased the wheel, about 800$, through them, then paid to have it installed and my car serviced. The issue is not gone. So, not have I just wasted my money, but my care is still making those noises when I brake. I am too afraid to take it back because I can't afford anything. I wish I could return the wheel and get my money bad. I'm so frustrated. I plan on having someone else look at my vehicle to find out what is wrong with it because I just can't trust these guys"

"Took longer for an oil change than it did to buy my car at bob Moore Kia, seem crazy over 2hr for just an oil change. If your in a hurry I wouldn’t bother with this place. Communication was lackluster at best and tried to up-sale me as soon as I walked in the door."
