"Great wheels, horrible company! Ordered 4 of there carbon fiber wheel sets. Shipment arrived 2 weeks later in a very cheap thin box, with holes in it with the contents not secured inside with foam or anything, truly amazing that nothing was missing. Unfortunately wheel spokes which are aluminum were scratched to hell, I also ordered lug nuts (20). After taking it all out I noticed for a five lug pattern they only sent 16 lugs, wheel scratched, and the inner portions were the wrong width. So I sent it all back with me paying for the shipping. When I got the next package, which was at least packaged good, two of the hubs were the same scratched ones I returned. On top of that the sizes were still wrong! They told me not to send back and just to run em, and when they have more they will send me the right ones. Now several months latter no package has arrived, they won’t answer or return calls. On top of that I spent a lot of time and money with these clowns and you would think they would send the lug key with the purchase! Nope that’s a special order! Ridiculous the worst customer service I’ve experienced!"
