"I wish I could give 10 stars. I have a 2011 Mini Cooper S, and im thinking of naming her Mystery because we could not figure out what was going on, or why the limp mode and check engine light was coming on. We went to a mechanic who had 40+ years experience and WASTED over $3000. I found JP Automotive, the reviews were awesome, and I was not let down. He found the issue, fixed it quick and beat the $2600 the previous mechanic was saying we would need to pay to fix the issue, by a fraction. Jaden knows what he's doing, he's professional, doesn't talk to you like you are dumb, and showed compassion, not to mention had extremely fair pricing. I will never take my mini anywhere but to Jaden. You won't regret going to him with your import. 10/10 definitely recommend"
"Best car shop I've used. My goto car repair shop. Fast, friendly, and fair."
"By far best shop I have ever been to. The owner is as good and honest as they come. Fixed my car in just a few hours and and charged me half of what everyone else wanted. Good work, Good people. GREAT Business!!!"
"I stopped in this morning to have them check on my windshield wipers my left one worked and my right one wasn’t. They were quick, professional and they didn’t charge me. I was very impressed with the service. I have been here with old management and I wasn’t impressed as I was today. I will be coming back for all my services. Thank you!"
"I’m done with JP’s. I took my cars to JP‘s for years even though they were a bit further away than many other mechanics. A few years ago I stopped going to them when they did not put oil in my car after performing an oil change. Now my son is taking my older car through hot Arizona and I am concerned about the timing belt and wanted to have some preventative maintenance performed. I made an appointment and asked JP‘s to check the condition of the timing belt and replace it if necessary, and to diagnose a trouble light. I can do that work myself, but I just didn’t have time. They called me and told me it needed almost $900 worth of work to fix an oxygen sensor, replace my front brake pads and rotors, and to replace the fan belt. They didn’t even attempt to look at the timing belt. They then told me it would take an additional $800 to look at and $1100 to replace. That was the main reason why I took my car in there in the first place, and they didn’t even look at it or tell me the situation before hand! I looked up on the Internet how much a timing belt replacement should cost and the range was between $400 and $800 -on the high end. Because of my urgency and lack of time, I had them replace the oxygen sensor for $313. I was charged a $100 diagnostic fee even though I had them replace my oxygen sensor. Most mechanics will waive the diagnostic fees if you perform any sort of work with them. I took a day off work to do the other repairs myself and found that my car has an electronic clutch fan and the fan is not even belt driven. Giving them the benefit of doubt, I looked at the belt that drives the alternator. That belt is in near perfect condition with no cracks or signs of wear. I then pulled my front tires off to look at the brake situation. Both rotors are in decent shape and I have about a quarter inch of brake pad left on all four pads. I included a picture so you can see what I mean if you know what the parts are. They have almost as much pad left as brand new brake pads do. My brake fluid was a little low, but it was still in the normal range. While this business does have a nicer new front office than they used to, and they are now also focusing on Diesel engines, overall, I feel they have gone downhill significantly in the past several years. I did not feel valued as a customer. I felt they were attempting to swindle me. This is an honest review. I am an ethical person. I have four years of formal engine repair training and even almost pursued a career in auto mechanics. I realize there’s a lot I still do not know about auto repair, but I know enough to believe I was treated unethically."
