"Really bad customer service. Impatient attitudes"
"I lived in the area 10 years. I've used Walmart pharmacy off and on regularly. The reason I don't use it continuously is the lack of a drive-through. But that is not the pharmacy tech and pharmacist fault. I find that the pharmacist and the techs are top notch professionals and personable. If they don't have an answer for me they find one quickly. Even though I'm not a consistent regular upon bringing up my name and my medication they recognize me. These people rock"
"I would leave no stars because this place deserves negative stars. My best friend has been using this pharmacy for a very long time but month after month she goes through pain and anguish due to the lack of compassion the pharmacy has for its patients. How can you not have a patients meds ordered so they dont run out? Its detrimental for some to have their meds. I had to let the public know because my best friend can't even hold a phone right now to do this review herself. This pharmacy should be ashamed!"
"Ooof we got a prescription from my wife's doctor after surgery he prescribed her oxycodone, the pharmacy said they couldn't fill it because the script isn't up to Walmart standards, Walmart chooses to adopt the cdc's guidelines for prescriptions after 7 days, they could have made the choice to either have the policy on their website or have a "not everyone's the same" basis as in my wife just had surgery, it's a little presumptions to assume the pharmacy knows more than my wife's doctor. At least put somewhere on your website your policy."
"We have had nothing but issues here. They are slow (it will be 10 min.. And 2 hours later it's still not filled) and when you try and switch they will claim you cannot get a refill. This causes you to have to take the prescription elsewhere and have them see that their tech "just missed it". Even if you have to drive further to another pharmacy, I highly recommend it as you will still save yourself time, and stress, from dealing with them."
