"Went in to see how much it would be to replace my 2 front brake calipers on my 2019 Corolla I had already replaced my pads and. Rotors but with my busy life I didn’t have time. To replace my calipers .but instead of giving me a price and possibly gaining more of my business they informed me that the need to replace the whole brake system . Now why the hell would I want to replace my rotors and pads when they practically brand. New I guess common sense doesn’t apply to them"

"Took my Jeep in for an oil change and within 30 mins get a call that an incident occurred. They ran my Jeep into a cement cleaning wall. Didn’t get me rental til 6 days later. Claims lady ignored us for close to 2 weeks. They are refusing to pay for more than alignment issues. Said we have to pay out of pocket to get transmission, etc checked. For the inconvenience, was told they will detail the outside and inside of the vehicle (they aren’t).Trying to take away my rental and schedule a separate time with them to finish putting a bumper on. Refused to show us the video of the incident (update- sent video). D rings, hitch, hood, grill covers and tie rod are still damaged after our Jeep was returned."

"After coming out of Les Schwab on 12 Street in Ogden after having my lower ball joints done and tires balanced on my vehicle. I test drove it on I 15 up to the turn off to Brigham city and back. The tire balance was still off but not as bad. Because it was too late to get the vehicle back in the 12 Street Ogden one, and they are so busy, and it is hard to get appointment there the next day. So I called the Roy one, and they had no appointments available. Then, I called the Clinton Les Shwab to make an appointment for the next day. They got my appointment right away. The next day, they rebalanced my tires and said the front balance was off. They fixed the problem. An employee even came out to great me when I arrived. This Les Schwab got great customer service and took care of the problem. I would highly recommend this Les Schwab to anyone."
