"I have been going to Rowe Pharmacy for many many years. Rick, the owner, Diane, and Karen and Rick Mignano have all been wonderful. Rick Diane and Karen are so helpful and so pleasant when you go in there sometimes you go into a big pharmacy and they are not as nice and do not look kindly to people asking too many questions Pharmacy goes above and beyond what they Need or are expected to do. I would recommend for anyone to transfer your drugs from CVS, Kroger‘s, Walgreens, and go to Rohe Pharmacy!! They take a lot of insurances And when I priced out my drugs at different pharmacies, Walgreens was $90 more than Rohe!! Give them a try and see if you aren’t as pleased as I am!!!!"

"I just spent quite a bit of time on the phone with the Pharmacist (I'm sorry I didn't catch his name!) And he helped me through the dang insurance game, and asked questions about my son's meds that we're transferring to this pharmacy, so that they can be sure to have them in stock when it's time for a refill! I'm very impressed with the customer service and his help! (And they just called me to update me about something! WOW I've never gotten this type of customer service from a pharmacy!)"

"The customer service here it terrible. The employees have consistently treated me like they're bothered by being asked to do their job. I called one time recently to get a refill amd was told they had no records of ever filling for me. I asked them to look again and they told me it was my problem that their system was not showing record and that I'd have to call my doctor. I was out of the perscription and it was a Sat. When pressing for them to look again, the lady told me I was yelling and hung up on me. I called back and another employee solved the issue, and found the refill. She told me still that bit was my fault they could ot find the refill in the first place. This is an unprofessional business with poor customer service."
