Walmart Pharmacy

"After realizing I wasn’t medicated today and needed a refill I rushed to the store to get my meds. I actually had to ask to leave work and get them (it’s hard for me to work without them) and when I got there they were closing their gates. I told them I normally would just come back, but I am unmedicated and really need them before I go back to work.. all the ladies immediately waved me forward and made a quick exception. I’m seriously so grateful thank you"

"The pharmacist was extremely rude and condescending to me! I had a very important call come in right before the pharmacist came to speak with me and I had to take it. I told him to go ahead and explain the medicine to me but he insisted he have my full attention which I couldn't do at the moment. I told him I would read the info before i took the meds. This wasn't good enough. He stated that his time was very valuable and I better put my phone down and listen.. so I said go, you have 10 seconds of your valuable time to tell me what you need because my time is also valuable and I am not willing to give you one more second!I put my phone down to my side with the person on the line talking and he was rude and said his peace. I apologized when he first started talking to me and told him this was a very important call that just came in. He didn't care. The meds were nothing like I hadn't taken before! Just the routine meds. Idk what his problem was but chill out sir!!"

"How can you guys close early due to emergency? Normally you guys have more than one worker this is really bad people need their medication and Walmart needs to share system so you don’t need to transfer a medication from Walmart to Walmart Walmart should have a pull you up from a different store."

"My 7 yr old had to have oral surgery today. We had to pick up a prescription at Walmart because Sam’s Club didn’t have it. We had to drop the prescription off because it was a physical paper copy, but I told them I would do curbside pick up for it because my son was still not feeling well from the surgery. Long story short. I called when I got the text that it was ready and it rang forever. I called back and it rang forever. Finally I left to go to Sam’s to get my other prescriptions and they called me when I pulled into the parking lot saying they had been waiting for my call and did I get their text? I told them what had happened and said I would be back over in a few minutes. Well they finally answered when I went back over, but put me on hold. After a couple minutes on hold they asked me a few questions then put me on hold again. Then asked me some more questions (he was prescribed a narcotic so I understood that part) then said it would be 5min. After sitting there for at least 10-15min she called me back and said she forgot to ask me some more questions. So I answered those then waited another 10min for my son’s prescription while he is sitting in the car with me. All he wanted to do was go home. I could have dragged him into the store and back and been home by the time I finally got it sitting at curbside. Then on the way home I notice the bag was leaking. Not impressed Walmart."

"I love this pharmacy! The technicians and staff are always willing to help, and go above and beyond at times. They promptly get the medicine I need, and do a great job at communicating! All of them are very nice as well. They do an awesome job!"
