"Terrible customer service. Used to love this pharmacy and then as soon as a different pharmacist than Spencer started working they are rude on the phone every single time. Shelby and Spencer have always been great. Had a prescription run out that I wasnt aware of didn't have any more refills. Technician Tera was very rude on the phone and unwilling to help come up with a solution. Its a prescription that I physically cannot go without due to health reasons. Asked if I could speak with the pharmacist and she very rudely responded with "she will tell you the exact same thing". Very lazy and unprofessional. Poor customer service. Will be moving from this pharmacist right away."
