Their customer service is less rushed, and they are more neighborly and personal. I greatly appreciate that when I need to speak to a person, they answer their phones and I don't have to play games with an automated system to try to get a live person on the phone. I'm also saving money. You would think that a major chain pharmacy would have better prices, but you'd be wrong. I highly recommend West Point Pharmacy!"
