"I’ve had my car from this dealer for almost 2 weeks now and I’m happy to say that I love it! Michael was patient, attentive and ultimately worked hard to get to a deal that I was comfortable with. I was hesitant to come in but he was honest and kept his word. Financing was a bit tedious and slightly convoluted, however George took his time to explain things to me multiple times. I didn’t have the most desirable financial situation and I believe he did his best to get me the best deal possible. They all were quick to respond and even 2 weeks later, willing to help me out with questions on the car."
"I had a blowout on my pass rear tire resently on a Friday and had to get a new tire. They didn't have it in stock, so I had to wait until Monday. No big deal. Came in on Monday, got the new tire on, then Tara came into explain to me that two of my TPM sensors were broken, one on the tire they'd just fixed and another one. I asked how when they were working before they replaced the tire. She gave me the spill that it just happens but that she can check my warranty because they usually will cover that. I asked if they could just drive it around because I've had it where once I drove on them after while it shows up. She says she will have one of her techs do that. After a while, she came back and said no, they were still dead. At this point, she checked the warranty and said they were covered, but I had a deductible. I was still unsure of this, so I asked the older gentleman if I could have them walk around with me while they were doing the relearn? He told me no i was not allowed back there. I was like, my dude, it's a handheld device, they can do it in the parking lot!! And he said no, they can't do that. So I said just for clarification, i could not see them doing the relearn on my vehicle when they just told me two sensors were dead? Am I right? And he says again you are not allowed back there... so I said ok. Fast forward to today, and I went to a national tire chain and asked if they could relearn my tires cause Chevy put a new tire on and couldn't relearn them. So we walked out to the parking lot and did the relearn while I walked with him. 3 tires beeped and one didn't. He said that one was dead and it wasn't even the tire they put on! That was the actual green one!!! I am so upset like seriously Chevy you couldn't do that???? I feel like there was a level of dishonesty that usually is NEVER there when I get my oil changes done. I always leave happy and willing to return to do my next service. Now, I don't feel like I have that same level of trust to get my vehicle service there again."
"Made appointment to have oil changed in my Tahoe. A guy in service was told oil change only and to not tighten the oil bolt so tight that a person couldn’t take it off by use of body weight. He said he would have them call my husband up and let him tighten the bolt to his liking after the oil was changed. I told him that would be great! My husband takes my vehicle in, the girl at the service desk will not let my husband talk, she kept interrupting him. She then tried to tell him it needed tires rotated, etc. he tried to tell her we just put new tires on and we didn’t need rotated. She would not let him finish a sentence hardly. Needless to say, they have rotated the tires anyway and did not let him tighten the bolt. He left because he was mad and didn’t want to say anything mean or disrespectful. We were very satisfied with this dealership during the purchase process and the first year of service, but the last 2 times we have been there for service have been disappointing to say the least. Would have given 5 stars until our last 2 experiences with the service department. The time before this one my glove box was left in the floor board and a drill beside it. I returned the drill and asked for the glove box to be put back where it belongs. They did so, but it should have been done before it was released to me."
"Michael Flynn did a great job! I showed up 45 min before closing and he and the team at Holt stayed late making sure I got the best deal I could! They are an awesome group to work with if you are looking for a new or used Vehicle. Thanks Again, Michael!!!"
"I bought my 2020 Chevy Trax and had a great experience a couple of years ago. Sadly, when I finally needed help fixing my digital speedometer that started glitching, the service was less than par. I drove it down from the city because I was hoping for that same great service but was deeply disappointed and still feeling cheated. They kept my car for 5 days, but said they didn’t see the problem. I drove back down and turned the car on with the problem immediately popped back up. But it just so happened the mechanic was on lunch. When he returned the problem went away and they could do nothing again. I was told to take the car and wait until it really breaks to bring it back so they can duplicate the issue to fix it. I have the car just under warranty mileage and instead of helping me while it won’t cost me an arm and leg, their best mechanic’s wisdom is drive until it isn’t under warranty and come back and pay out of pocket to fix it. Well, my whole drive home the car screen glitches and messes up. Makes me wonder how hard they really tried to help me or just move on to something easier to work on. If the car professionals can’t help even when I show them pictures and describe the issue who can help. As a professional myself, I never would have let my clients leave feeling so hopeless and unheard and as if I didn’t really put my best into helping them. Extremely disappointed!"
