"Used to love going to Les Swabs but this locations is so much closer to my house and last few experiences with my work van has been terrible! Came in for router and front breaks replacements and it seriously almost took them 4 hours to get it done! I would underhand if it was busy but there was only maybe 1 other car inside the shop and there was full stuff here! Made it worse after I left this place they called they forgot to take the miles for the warranty! A day later I was on the freeway and the breaks was all the way to the floor for it to slow down to a stop! How safe is that? Now I am back to the waiting game for them to fix that!"

"I was there today (The day before Thanksgiving) with a flat tire. I had my 3 kids with me. I came in mad because the tire was new and I got it from there. My kids were crazy and I wasn’t much better. They listened to me when I was mad, provided excellent service and werepretty fast right before a holiday. They helped me with a warranty I was able to leave with a new tire. You can tell how good a company is not so great situations and they were awesome! I would recommend anyone to come here!"
