"I love this location! As a woman, getting any type of car maintenance can be a pain. We are often treated as tho we are dumb idots and know nothing about cars. I have never felt this way at this Jiffy Lube! They are always honest with me, and I do know a lot about cars. They are fast and always do an amazing job!"

"Brought my car in for my emissions. Stated that first thing. When all what said and done I ended up buying new wiper blades because I needed replacements, only to figure out they only charged me for those wiper blades and never did my emissions that I brought the car in for in the first place, so now I've got to go back and finally get them done like I asked for the first time. I don't understand what happened, unless they did it on purpose thinking they could pull one over on a young woman. They were polite when speaking to me and I honestly didn't expect to have any problems, but they didn't do the service I took it in for, despite the fact they even asked me if I was going to pay my registration there or online."

"Couldn't help us the 1st time due to their technician being on lunch. Had to return another day, then had to fight to get them to use the coupon as if we couldn't read the fine print. Finally, they understood they COULD accept the coupon. All around, I felt that service was severely lacking in this group. I will most likely be going to another location next time."

"We should have stopped coming here a long time ago. They keep pulling the cabin air filter out of our car even though we repeatedly request that they don't. I wanted to give them one more chance (because I had a coupon). I told the guy that checked me in to make absolute certain they don't pull the cabin air filter. He said "We never pull it if the client requests that we don't." I told him, the last 2 times they pulled it anyway. He assured me they wouldn't. I got in the car to drive it home and not only did they remove the cabin air filter, but they left it along with the panels on my floor and forgot to put it back together. I was so pissed and I let them know. Their response was "That's what happens when the new guy doesn't follow directions." Seriously? Do they not have a quality control process of giving directions and checking work? After 2 guys trying to get it on right, I was finally on my way home. After the car was parked on my driveway for a couple hours, I noticed a huge oil spill on the concrete. I took it back and they informed me that they didn't install the oil filter correctly. 5 minutes and they had me on my way. So far no leaks. I also paid $30 to have them rotate my tires, and now they have me sketched out that they probably didn't torque the lug nuts correctly, so I'll be checking that myself. Pathetic staff and nobody seemed to have any concern about their lack of knowledge OR professionalism. I'll NEVER go back. EVER."
