"We have never had a worse experience with any other shop. From the beginning Ryan had terrible communication and would not answer any of our phone calls. He was deceitful, telling us one thing and then changing his answer and wanting us to pay for something else later on. The work took more than 2 months and left us without transportation for that time. After the work was done on our car, there were more issues than before and he wanted us to pay extra for damage that came after bringing it to the shop. Needless to say it was a horrible experience and we do not recommend."

Spoke to Ryan once on the phone and he took it upon himself to lecture me about something he knew very little to nothing about. Was condescending and I did not appreciate it."
