"Schedules appointment for 8:00 am and arrived at 7:30. Could not detect what the problem was and told Jimmy what my concern was. W when I turn there is a squealing noise in the rear. After “2 hours” and got no communications as to what stautus was I went and ask and was told they had driven it and could be suspension but were short handed and had not done anything else. So I got my car and left. I have used Classic since I moved here 4 yrs ago. How disgusted I was when I left. I had an appointment!!"

"Liers. Called days in advance to schedule an appointment, to find out they do not do appointments for things like oil changes. Just arrive before 4:30 PM Mon-Fri, or before 12 PM on Saturday. I arrive at 11:30 on Saturday, to be turned away that they won't be taking any more oil changes today, as the cut-off time is 11 PM. I drove 30 miles from home to get here, to have to drive 30 miles back home for absolutely nothing."

"My husband & I have been bringing our Corolla here for years. We have always been treated wonderful & the service is always exceptional. Our vehicle has almost 170k miles on it & still going strong. They always answer any questions & concerns we have to make sure we understand. Never had one bad experience"

"Just had my vehicle towed to Patt Lobb in Mckinney to avoid Classic Toyota service center. Cost me about $250 more in towing but thats ok.. Which reminded me that I had not left the review I meant to leave last time I had service done at classic (over 1 year ago) Took my scion IQ in and had $1k of 100,000 mile services done. They call me and tell me my car is ready to pick up and I find it with greasy hand prints all over it. Inside and out. Also the fuel additive they put in the gas tank was spilled down the side of the paint. The plugs are hard to get to in this car and from what I understand, labor intensive. Not sure what was done but my air conditioner hasnt been the same since. Of course how do you prove this? You don't. Simply take my business elsewhere to those that care. Overall it seems like a lack of caring and attention to detail during service. If this is the case how do I know shortcuts arent taken with the maintenance?? Never again..."

"They have no idea of how to check a vehicle... had a vehicle appraisal done and they said it was in good shape and gave a quote of what they would pay. The next day we took it to a reliable auto repair shop and the next day paid $780 for all new brakes as front rotors warped and rear drums also worn... hmmm could have been injured or killed with bad brakes."
