"Every employee was so helpful and honest. They balanced and rotated my tires for free, which was totally unexpected. My truck sounds so much better in the freeway now."
"Geographically, it's in a very well rounded place and definitely fits in as it should be."
"I would give negative stars if I could. I have used Discount for years. Their level of service has declined drastically over the years. I have used the store @ 605 Washington in Ogden, mainly because it was close to my house. Having them rotate and balance the tires on my one ton dually has been nearly fatal on multiple occasions. After having them work on my truck, the lug nuts have come loose at least 3 times, once where I actually lost some. The set of tires I got from them before wore extremely fast (less than 30k miles) mostly in the middle of the tire. I took my truck to them in Ogden to get the tires rotated and had a slow leak in one tire. When I dropped off the truck, the guy told me my rear tires were at 3/32" tread and were wearing badly due to over inflation (Discount is the only ones to have ever put air in those tires). When I went to pick up my truck, they told me the tires were at 2/32" tread and were worn too badly to repair and this makes it so the "road hazard" warranty did not apply. I did buy another set of tires, from a store in Layton only because the guy worked with me on pricing and gave my a credit on the old set of tires. I did decide not to get the road hazard warranty, thankfully at this point. Today I wanted to get the tires rotated and balanced and asked the guy at the count about air pressure on the tires.......he said "we have to put them at the manufacturer recommended pressure which is 80 psi on the rear tires". He said it was his only option. The mfr. recommends max air pressure for a max loaded vehicle and I have never loaded the truck that heavy. I rarely load it heavy. He refused to doing anything but max pressure. If this is "company policy", it must be designed to make the tires wear pre-maturely so they can sell you another set. I have the dually, 2 four wheel drive trucks, a side by side, a car and 2 tandem axle trailers that will never get tires from Discount again. All of these vehicles have had tires or wheels from Discount at one time or another."
"BUYER BEWARE: Horrible experience.... do NOT buy from here! I purchased tires that lasted me 14k miles when they're rated for 45k. They did nothing to reimburse me. That happenes to me twice and will not happen again. Sorry I ever went there. BUYER BEWARE!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would."
