Nate and Adam quickly diagnosed the problem, made the needed repairs and had me back on the road. They are very knowledgeable, have fair service rates, and they are very pleasant to work with. "Worst experience of our lives! They came out and diagnosed the problem and then told us that it was the computer of our truck and if we bought one from them and it didn’t fix the problem, then we wouldn’t have to pay for it but once they got the original out of our truck, they claim they sent it back to the manufacturer for a core charge but assure us that that was the problem. However, we now have a new computer in our truck and it still does not run so clearly, that was not the issue they have had very very little communication and absolutely no solutions whatsoever. They have washed their hands of us and feel their job is done yet they have repaired absolutely nothing so if you want to lose $1500-$2000 by all means use on the move repairs! Our last communication they cannot even remember which technician worked on our truck and seem to have very little memory of their original diagnosis. These people are a joke!!!!"

"Sadly left disappointed and without a fixed car with On the Move Mobile Repairs. Their staff was very friendly every time I've called but promised callbacks never actually happen. Their technician (very friendly!) came out Friday but we're now on Tuesday with no indication of what is going on with my car other than a generic "oil pressure issue." Not a single recommendation of a fix has been made and every time I've reached out they promise to call me back. At this point I feel like I've wasted $150 for no diagnosis and cannot in good faith recommend On the Move Mobile Repairs."
