"They were very professional and I felt that I could trust them with the diagnostic evaluation of my brakes. Their philosophy is not to do more work than is necessary. I had previously gone to a dealer ship which stated I soon needed new brakes for $500.00. However, Master Tech checked them & stated the brakes had very little wear and were just fine. The diagnostic was $64.00 rather than pay $500.00 for replacement. I will return to Master Tech in the future."

"Brought in my Nissan Titan on June 15, 2021 to fix the manifold exhaust leak. $2,600. Within a couple of weeks after the work was done my check engine light came on (which was not on before the exhaust work was done). Brought back my truck and was told it had nothing to do with the work they had done on the exhaust, & that they couldn't diagnose the problem but it was probably my sensors. Spent the next several months (& more money) replacing all of my sensors but could never get the check engine light to turn off. Went back to Master Muffler & was told there was nothing they could do to help me. In fact, the final time I went back to them they told me they didn't even have a record of ever working on my truck. Went to a Nissan dealership for a diagnostic and was told I would need exhaust work (that I had already done) in order to get my check engine light off. Almost 3 years after the initial exhaust work and I still have a truck with a check engine light on. Whether or not the work that MM did was faulty isn't what bugs me. It's the fact that they were unwilling to help me determine what the problem was immediately after the work was done. All I ever got was a run around. I feel completely cheated by this place and disappointed in the lack of service."

I dropped my car off Wednesday night and by Friday morning they were done (with previous shops I would have expected my car back on Monday at the earliest given the amount of work I wanted done).
