"The Texoma Pharmacy staff is the most amazing group of caring and considerate people I have ever encountered. I have a lot of medications I have to keep up with and the Pharmicist is always one step ahead making sure I have what I need when I need it. There are times I haven't been able to get out of the house to pick up my meds and they will deliver them to me. Honestly, if i told you some of the things they have done to accomodate me, you wouldn't believe me. It is so worth your time to at least stop in and meet these folks and see if they are a good fit for you. I will never go to another pharmacy again and I doubt you will either. "Staff was less than pleasant to deal with. They Cancelled my prescription on an "assumption". I went back the next morning to pick up my script that was set to be delivered the prior day I went in. Showed up, they acted like they didn't remember me, I told her my info and said yes I came yesterday and you where waiting for you're delivery. I was given 2 options when I left, to wait and come back after delivery arrived or call around to other pharmacies to have it transferred. I returned the following day and was informed they cancelled it because I didn't confirm I was coming back. But not once did I say to cancel and no transfer request s where received. When I asked if they could go ahead and fill it I was told unfortunately they had already dispensed their shipment.....in less than 24hra...... Yea right."
