"To begin with, after the wreck in my Mom's truck, I called Burden's Auto and wrecker service. Her car isn't looking good at all. He came asap and even notified my daughter of my accident. He brought me home, and took the truck to his tow yard. He told me how to get in touch with the insurance and let them know where the vehicle can be seen. Thank you James! You're the best!!"

"My car was broke down at my house and they were quick to come get it. Took it to my mechanic and charged him for it, it my mechanics request."

"I wouldn’t put 1 star if I didn’t have to!!!! I have not used this company but like an hour ago this man was towing a car from the Wichita Falls Library. The way he was parked I could only go one way around him because my car wouldn’t fit. I tired to flag him and tell him I was just going around the truck and he stood in the way and yellled at me continuously. Then he came to my car where my child and I was and continued to yell at me at the top of his lungs. I told him he wasn’t going to continue to yell at me and that all I was doing was going around the truck and not parking. That was so unprofessional and disrespectful!! I will be reporting to the BBB!!"

"Stuck out on my lease. The son came out and pulled me out with his ranch truck. Something just doesn't seem right about the review below. Maybe they were just tired of dealing with customers that no matter what you do are not satisfied."

"If this rating system had negative stars, that's where this so called "business" would be. But, in order to write a review, I had to give at least one. I have NEVER dealt with such an unprofessional place of business. The father/son that own and run the place were very rude. James Burden even cursed at me with references to my 76 year old mother. They lost the key to my vehicle saying the Burkburnett Police Department lost it. The son went as far as to say the Burk. P. D. was lying to me. After 3 trips to Burkburnett, we were able to get the car but, had to call another wrecker service to bring it back to Wichita Falls. While waiting, the key MAGICALLY appeared on top of the car, (car is silver, key is black). We finally got home after a total of 12 hours and realized, Burden's Wrecker Service had kept my insurance card. For the City of Burkburnett to contract this company for work is unbelievable. Just looking at the fire hazard and the eye sore of that establishment, is a true blemish on the Burk community."
