"My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle. We had purchased from Pruitt Ford before and the experience was great. We drove into the lot to look at the inventory and was met by Russell Hill. We talked about a Ford Edge we were looking at and at the end of the following day it was ours. Russell was awesome to work with on the purchase of the car. We went in pre-approved for the purchase but Russell said that there was special financing on the Edges and special it was; .9%. I thought he was joking but it was no joke. Needles to say we indeed up financing with them. The overall purchase experience was made very pleasant by Russell. In fact, it was so pleasant that my wife and decided to buy a second car from him the next day. Yeah, he was razzed by his coworkers, but it made the overall experience that more enjoyable.
