"I recently had an exceptional experience at this mechanic shop while inquiring about a transmission fluid change for my BMW 328i. I would confidently rate their service 5 stars. From the moment I called, I was warmly greeted by a friendly lady who promptly connected me with a knowledgeable mechanic. Although I regret not asking for his name, his friendliness and willingness to assist me were immediately evident. During our conversation, I shared that my car had been running smoothly, and I had heard that RPM jumps could be linked to low transmission fluid. The mechanic astutely pointed out that if the car was already running smoothly, addressing the transmission fluid might not only enhance overall performance but could make the car even smoother. However, he candidly mentioned that it might not necessarily resolve the RPM jumps I mention to him since the vehicle was generally running well. Coincidentally, a friend who is also a mechanic had suggested that transmission fluid might not be the cause of RPM jumps however he lives in Germany. Despite this, I continued my quest to find out how much the shop would charge for a BMW transmission fluid change. I then inquired about the cost of a comprehensive inspection to identify the cause of the RPM jumps. The mechanic provided a reasonable quote, around $150, for a comprehensive inspection to pinpoint the issue causing the RPM jumps but also other things if any are present. He explained various potential factors, such as throttle body issues, and other things I don't remember showcasing his extensive knowledge. Throughout the interaction, I never felt pressured or misled. This mechanic shop truly deserves accolades for its professionalism and customer-oriented approach. I believe their expertise goes beyond mere repairs; they genuinely care about providing solutions tailored to the customer's needs. Thanks again see you soon!!!"

"This place that is now under new ownership and purchased by a former Master BMW tech has only gotten better.There is no other shop including BMW of Wichita Falls that knows your BMW better than the guys that work here. Have a Porsche, Mercedes, Infiniti, Jaguar and so on,this is the place for your car. These guys you can trust with your car and treat you like family while they do it. There is no other place I would recommend more."

"I used to bring my 330ci here when I was a student at the Sheppard AFB. Today I learned that they my brake fluid flush, that I paid a lot of money for to get done, in fact wasn’t done. The brake fluid the shop drained today was pitch black and the mechanic said there’s no way it was done in the last five if not ten years. This place is a disgrace and you should avoid it when you can. That’s how they treat military!"
