"This place is perfect for days when the weather is bad. The kids love coming here. Everything is padded so I don’t have to worry about them running into stuff. Highly recommend. Also, buy the punch card. Saves $4-5 bucks per visit."
"My kids were really excited to come here and play. There was a group of young teenage boys in the play area. They were dominating their turf, swearing at the kids, name-calling, and threatened to fight a few of the kids, including my son. They even made a younger boy cry. They were way up in the play fixture, so I went and notified an employee who diligently got the boys, walked them to the mom who brought them and told her the situation, and that they were not to behave this way at the Playzone. They seemingly received correction, and within a few minutes later, my kids were back telling me that the boys were doing the exact same thing that they had just been in trouble for. The problem was that the parent was extremely passive and not handling the situation properly. I went to the worker again to notify her that this behavior was continuing. She replied “I spoke to their parents, that’s all I can do.” I asked her if there was an age limit to be in the play area, because it doesn’t seem appropriate for small children to be in a fixture with young teenage boys. She said that there is not an age limit, because some of the older kids have to come with their younger siblings, and there is nothing else for them to do. While I know that she was doing what she knew to do, they really needs to be a policy about this. I personally think that the boys needed to have been asked to leave the premises as it completely was ruining our experience that we paid money for along with others experience. There were two people working the shift. 1 was handling check-in/check out, while the other was managing the café and other facility needs. They were doing a great job, however, I would suggest adding more staff on peak holidays, like during spring break. This would have allowed for them to be more in tune with what was going on in their play zone. As a parent, I can address the matter, but I do not have the authority to ask someone to leave the premises. I would have given one star, but I gave two simply because the employee at least tried to remedy the situation. But staff need to be empowered to do whatever they need to do for the children’s safety. We will not be going back."
"We had our daughters 3rd birthday here and everything was fantastic! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The facility was incredibly clean well maintained. They had attendants on the floor ensuring that the kids were following rules and not playing rough which was a relief as a parent. Parents are highly encouraged to interact with their kids and are welcome on the equipment. During our party the staff came in and asked if we needed anything. We would have to have another party here!"
"My kid enjoy here, roaming around like a maze house. There is a slide that cater the small and adult. The place is clean. For 15 dollars you can enjoy all day play with your kiddos. You can have online work while your kid is playing."
"Safety concern. There were a ton of black balloons. Anyone in child safety knows the choking hazard of balloons, so why risk it?! I found evidence of white balloons, leading me to believe they have not cleaned up the play pits in awhile. I asked a staff member, and she replied they were cleaning. Been here over an hour and see no one cleaning. Also, there are too many blind spots with no staff watching out. We have definitely visited safer indoor playgrounds. We will not be back to this one regardless of the convenience. Leaving pictures of the popped balloons I picked up myself."
