"Great Head Instructors. We enjoyed the mental and physical strength that was taught here. We attended for 1.5 years. Our child mostly had very slow progress and they suggested it was due to a lack of practice, which was true to an extent; however, it was taking 2-3 months sometimes to get a new stripe (and that is exceptionally slow progress, even if she wasn’t practicing a lick). We ultimately decided to end training here when they withdrew our child accidentally. Still not sure how/why this happened. We missed the equivalent of two full classes (not a cheap mistake) because they failed to communicate a time change. And then they refused any accountability for the accidental withdrawal and charged us a full month’s tuition. Additionally, they processed a charge for the month after we withdrew and when I reached out to remedy this, the owner was a bit coarse. Though, he did agree to reverse the charge. People/organizations make mistakes, not a problem. The way they managed this mistake, however, made all the difference and we lost a lot of trust. We plan to glean the good from our experience and move on"
