They have a lot of different classes to pick from whether you want to learn more of a sport fighting style (Muy Thai or Boxing) and try and compete or just practical day to day self defense. First two weeks are completely free so you can try them all and see what you like! Classes are very clear and adapted to each individuals previous experience and desire.
