"The app is terrible. It keeps saying "unexpected error." Tried telling the lady the app wasn't working. She couldn't care less. She said it works and ended the discussion. She couldn't be bothered to come out to look at my phone. App suddenly works just long enough to place my order. Yet still ended with "unexpected error." This location ALWAYS puts way too much ice in your drink. Food is so-so regardless. I'll buy my calories elsewhere. Wait, what? So you are a franchise, great. What about my other comments? Typical."
