"I really enjoy my workouts at Legree. They are challenging but my body feels happy, because the movements are slow and easy on my joints which I really appreciate. The environment is inviting like a day spa, so I get an excellent workout and feel refreshed. It is truly is a unique experience for my body and my mind. The instructors are well trained, they watch, give encouragement, correction and share helpful incite. I frequent Sue, Sami & Jamie's class and I absolutely love them. Thank you!!!"
"I’ve always been super active and tried just about every workout method there is. Lagree has been different for me and one of the few methods I’ve been able to stay excited about. I also feel like I’m being nice to my body while still getting stronger (it improves balance, coordination, muscle strength etc while being easy on joints, ligaments etc- I’m not as worried about getting injured as I was at other gyms). It’s fun and efficient and I love it"

I’ve been going for 5-6 months now and am getting compliments on how I am looking leaner and stronger. I feel more energized and am proud of the progress I’ve been able to make. "Love coming here for a seriously intense workout. I have pretty bad knees, so typical leg workouts that are weight centric (squats, lunges, power cleans) leave my knees swollen and in a ton of pain. Lagree is the first workout where I can get a deep burn in my quads, hamstrings, and glutes with minimal discomfort in my knees. The gym itself has incredible coaches that are fantastic. Every single instructor is inviting, motivational, and phenomenally competent at delivering an awesome class! I haven’t had a bad class yet! I’ve done Lagree workouts in a few different cities now and this location is the absolute best! Love the studio, the equipment, and the community!"
