"This was the most horrible KFC that I have ever seen. Cold food , forgot to put in my cold slaw. Bisquets were horrible could have used them for bombs or hockey pucks. Couldn't have cut them with chain saw. Employees were bad. They need to be trained. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give them a 1. And that's only because they showed up for work. I will never go back. I wouldn't feed that slop to hogs."
"Very unprofessional! Was lied to and then screamed at. When asked for numbers for manger or higher up was met with hostility and disrespect. Justice the young gal has no business whatsoever working in customer service. There has always been issues here but this was the last straw for me. The manger herself was even rude defending her employees that were most definitely were in the wrong."
"3/5 You could have done better with the chicken fried steak to make it bigger. The fries and macaroni and cheese. are alright. I wish you guys could add a little bit more into it, especially making the macaroni and cheese taste better along with the gravy as well, & Please add a drink for it next time. Not only that, but why was the lobby close? & You could have done better with the service because it took me several minutes to get my food ready. You need to hire more work people next time."
"Food was fresh and good. Service was excellent. Went with my son for his first meal outside of basic training in close to 3 months, he obviously loved anything he got. The cashier was very patient with us, as an officer came up and conversed for a few minutes in the middle of the order. Even in a military base town made sure to thank each person on uniform for their service!!"
"The complaints seem to be one right after the other on this restaurant. I went through the drive-thru and tried to place an order for an eight piece family meal-all white and was told that I couldn’t do that. So I asked why they wouldn’t be able to do that and the person at the window said we just can’t. Now I’m an intelligent person, why would you not be able to articulate the reason? The person at the window was so rude and refuse to let me speak. I never had the opportunity to say that I don’t mind paying the up charge for the configuration. I decided to just simply leave. The next day, I thought I would call the restaurant and ask to speak with the manager of the location. Once she came to the phone, she was already hostile. She wouldn’t even give me the courtesy of speaking to me in a private setting. She was still trying to serve customers while on the phone with me. The alleged manager wouldn’t allow me to voice my concerns about the experience I had. She kept cutting me off and talking over me. I do not even believe that was the store manager that I was speaking to. A store manager delegates, so the likelihood of them serving would be slim to none. Then a store manager would not have been that irate. They typically have the store’s interest in mind. I’m a firm believer in good customer service. When you treat people with respect, they remember. That paired with the fact that people can go anywhere for food, but they choose your establishment. People who work for the fast food industry wonder why they remain stuck in the same position, with the same pay, customer service is not paramount for them. This is the reason why you see Chic Fil A lines wrapped around the buildings nationwide. They have zero tolerance for employees who aren’t going to make the company shine and they usually have age appropriate people. Not middle age people who are way too old to be working there and less motivated. Consumers do yourselves a favor and just cook at home. You are never going to be treated right by any of these places, especially this one. All they ever do is take your money and give you the most dreadful experiences on the planet."
