"Just know you will pay $15 or more per person, and only a quarter of the attractions will be open. I wouldn’t just post if it was once or twice, but I have been here ten times, and every single time, we are told the same attractions aren’t open. This consists of rock walls, zip line, and wipeout. They had them closed even with multiple bday parties, which I’d be upset if I had paid for a party, and half the stuff was closed. They say “short staffed”, but it’s not!! It’s because they all want to stand up front and hang out. Not to mention the blocks you jump in all need replaced. They are all torn up and get in your eye, and there are socks all over in the pits."
"Nice fun place… but the employees are ABSOLUTELY LAZY & RUDE!!!! They will always tell you that certain things are closed and it’s because they’re to dang lazy and don’t want to stand there and monitor it. On a Saturday evening the “manager” was there and the lazy employees STILL tried saying everything was closed…. It’s expensive and if they’re going to allow employees to do that, then they need to refund customers half their money because literally half of it was “closed.” After a male employee kept telling me the zip line was closed for the night, I went to the manager and said I want a refund if your not going to open the zip line or other things here and he said he would have the zip line opened right then! Then you can only imagine the attitude of that male worker that had just told me no and was now sent to open the attraction!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE EXTREMELY LAZY EMPLOYEES!!!!"
"We took my son into toddler time today at the surge park in Edmond. He was so excited because all he really wanted for his birthday was to spend some jump time with his two best friends. The first thing we noticed was the AWFUL customer service. I walked up to the front and was avoided by not one, not two, but three women who kept giving me dirty looks as I was holding cash to pay for our group. One of the ladies who looked the most upset about having customers checked me in and sighed after every question she asked. We’ve been here before and I at least expected some type of excitement for the three little boys who were so excited to be there. We pay, go in and the entire atmosphere was just off. The stairs going up to the jump park were filthy. There was no high energy, some of the lights were off and everyone of the staff were on their phone. Lastly, the music. This is toddler time. Specifically for young children. Every. Single. Song was hyper sexual. One song even said something about I hope it makes you feel like hell… my five year old starting singing it!!!! I mentioned it to the staff as we were leaving (we ended up leaving early because of how awful it was) and she blamed corporate. From my perspective it just seemed like a lot of people who didn’t want to work and just wanted to listen to whatever they wanted to listen to. But she said it was rated for under 13, so it should have been fine. If you are going to advertise TODDLER time, make sure it’s a safe environment for TODDLERS. One of the songs that I do remember that played was “To the other side” by Jason Derulo. Unedited, and playing during toddler time with four children under the age of 6. Do better."
"Never been here. My niece wanted her party here. You go in, and prior you need to complete a waiver. Totally understandable. When you walk to the back, there are multiple areas including a room for birthdays. They have paper plates, bottled water and Cicis pizza for the meal. There are so many things you can do for fun. If you want to play games, that is not included. Con as well is, once the time is up, the people who were invited wouldn't be able to stay when the birthday boy/girl left. They would have to go to reception and pay."
"Surge Adventure, a very clean and well maintained indoor activity Park. The kids had a blast. Pricing is reasonable and worth it. They have activities such as: Trampoline Arcade Dodge ball Wipeout Ninja course Softball Basketball Climbing High dive and more They are strict on outside food and if the child has any cast or something, which is very understandable knowing the activities your child or you would be involved in. I highly recommend this place, and it's a must visit."
