"Came in and purchased a refresher. When purchasing a refresher, be sure to tell them easy on the ice. As you can see from the photo, they fill the cup, completely up with ice, allowing very little room for the actual drink. About the time we pulled out of the parking lot my son had finished his. I went back to get him another one and as I expressed my frustration was meet with the typical barista arrogance that Starbucks seems to foster."

"A Warning for Coffee Lovers: We recently visited the new Starbucks location on 51st Street between Harvard and Yale in Tulsa, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite a relatively quiet drive-through and a friendly voice assisting us with our order, the overall experience left much to be desired. The initial interaction at the drive-through was positive, with a courteous and thoughtful employee taking our order. However, the positivity quickly dissipated when we received our regular Caramel Macchiatos. The $17.00 charged to our Christmas gift card was expected, but the taste of the beverages was anything but. Upon arriving home, we found the Caramel Macchiatos to be unpleasantly watered down, lacking the rich flavor and caramel notes we had anticipated. The taste was so off that we couldn't help but wonder if there had been a mistake in the preparation. It was disappointing to discover that the quality fell far short of the standard we associate with Starbucks. Regrettably, this experience aligns with a growing number of negative reviews for this particular location. We had hoped that being a newer establishment would ensure a positive experience, but our optimism was misplaced. This incident serves as a cautionary tale for those considering a visit to this Starbucks location. I would strongly advise against frequenting this establishment unless you have the luxury of time to address any issues that may arise with your order. While the drive-through was not busy, the disappointing taste and lack of caramel flavor in our drinks were significant enough for us to decide that we will not be returning to this location. In conclusion, it's essential for coffee enthusiasts to be cautious when considering the Starbucks on 51st Street between Harvard and Yale in Tulsa. "You better dare not show up a minute too early after ordering on their app. They will shame you. And after talking to the manager, we were told that their policy is more important than the people they serve (in other words, their customers). Wow. Never again!"

"Beware: great coffee, awful patrons. Nearby neighborhoods bleed ingrate customers that lead a main character lifestyle. Most these drinks where here longer than I was and I waited over 50 minutes for a coffee. Over and over again, people stroll in and push thru the patient line only to hear 45 minute wait and dart back out. It’s clear half of these drinks people were just too impatient for. In addition, staff was so awesome and handled what seemed like a nightmare professionally."

"I have been going to this location nearly every single work day for several years (this location and the old location near this one), and the staff is the BEST. It literally makes my day to stop here on my way to work...when I'm on vacation or out of the office, I miss seeing them! Specifically, Fancy and Grey! They are the best! No matter how busy they are, they always go out of their way to speak to customers!"
