"I spilled a hot drink, Jacob and Taylor helped me in no more than 15 seconds and got the mess completely cleaned up in a polite, meaningful matter. Not only this, but they remade the drink for free. 10/10 service."

"This chubby girl with glasses and burgundy hair was such a rude person! I asked her for a spoon and she rudely said I'll get it when I can! And then she went to grab it a minute later and she literally threw it at me then I told her have a good day and she just looked at me and completely ignored me! The only reason I didn't give the store just one star is because the guy that took my order was actually really nice! But this is why I continue to go to the store on 15th and Broadway because they have way better customer service!"

"All of the staff at this location are extremely nice and put a lot of care into their work and it shows. I regularly stop by for a drink, snack, and nice conversation. I also get pretty complicated drinks every time I go and they always make sure I'm happy with it. (Which I am!) With this location not having a drive thru I recommend coming here if you're looking for a nice chill environment to study or work in. If you're in a hurry and just want a simple coffee, maybe stop by a store with a drive thru, or buy a bag of their beans and make your own cup at home! Keep it up guys, you're doing great."

"People are nice. This location is not crazy busy, which is good because you can walk in and get your stuff quickly. Most people are too lazy for that and just want a drive through location. Black coffee was ridiculously hot today. It takes a good 25 minutes of being left alone before I can drink it."

"They were out of dark roast coffee but offered to do a pour over for my wife. Very cool since the last Starbucks didn’t. The place is cozy only problem I had is the music was kind of loud. Not sure why restaurants and coffee places feel the need to do that."
