"I was a patient of Dr. Holetzkys for around a year, and initially it seemed to be going good. After maybe two basic appointments things seemed to just stop going good, my appointments always felt rushed (i drove an hour and a half to these appoints just for them to be over in like 10 minutes). No matter how much I voiced that my issues weren’t resolving I felt like nothing was being done to find out what was going on. As my issues started to worsen I told them and still not much was done, they would adjust my medication dosage and call it a day. I voiced many times my exact symptoms down to a “T” and I was just constantly told “well, we don’t know what it is so there isn’t really much we can do” but then new tests wouldn’t be ran, new things weren’t looked at in order to find out what it is so it felt like an endless cycle of nothing can be done. Then, today I call to schedule an appointment to be seen and come to find out she no longer even works at that hospital. I asked why I was not notified and was told “um well you should’ve received a letter in the mail cause yeahhhh both her and (another doctor) left us”. I told them i never received any type of letter from the hospital at all and all i got was “oh well yeah they left”. I feel the whole situation was handled very unprofessionally and now myself (and many of her other patients I’ve been told) are left trying to find a new doctor."
