"First off Dr. Lloyd had an excellent rapport with my 15 year old son and explained things really well while we were there. Sadly, this is where communication ended. Dr. Lloyd ordered and EEG and MRI to understand where we are with my son's epilepsy that he has had for 8 years. Trying to get results has been very frustrating. I had to call the office MANY times over several weeks to get someone to call me back with results and ended up just talking with an MA who couldn't answer any specific questions about medication dosage etc. I was told that Dr. Lloyd is booked out and expected us to wait until our 6 month follow-up to discuss things. We are not planning on continuing care with this office longterm. We loved our last neurologist (Clint Nelson UVRMC) but sadly he was no longer in network."

"Wasted 90 days of my time with this clinic. Dr. Lloyd was not helpful and P.A. Garver was a total waste of time. I got more help for my son from a pediatrician at Alpine Pediatrics in one visit then the 90 days spent at IHC Pediatric Neurology."

"He's a nice guy, but just didn't cut it. I felt extremely rushed, even though I spent 30 minutes waiting for a summary that just said nothing further was recommended. I did not understand the diagnosis and was not given a chance to ask questions. Ultimately I feel like this was a huge waste of time and this doctor had already made his decision before he even walked through the door. He did absolutely no evaluations. He could have called me. But I guess they want money."
