"I had such a horrible experience with the Nurse Melissa. She was rude and showed no empathy for my child’s illness. She rushed us and said it was because they are busy and trying to get patients in and out. Moreover, in regards to being rushed she didn’t get my child’s accurate weight which is important in relation to meds being prescribed. She was extremely combative and when she left out the room, I heard her speaking to one her associates in a negative manner about me. I opened the door and told her to have enough courtesy to not speak loud enough for me to hear and I also asked why my child wasn’t being tested for all possible illnesses. We’ve been going to Just Kids all over the city for years and this was the first time I’ve felt so belittled and not cared for. I am going to make a formal Quality of Care and Attitude of the provider complaint with Soonercare as well"
