"Better than the Fresno location. Bigger store with a lot more options. Dressing rooms were clean. Store was organized. Staff was nice. I’m going to this one instead of Fresno from now on."

"From experience please don’t apply to this location. They are very unprofessional and don’t provide the right information needed in order to start working. Went to hiring event. Got a call a few days later that I was hired. Received two different start dates then was told I needed to submit an application. I believe before an event they should mention to submit the application first before making a decision on offering someone a position. They lack communication as well and don’t return phone calls when they say they will."

"One of the best stores in Fresno, much better than the one at Bellagio. It has a wide variety of brands, sizes and styles. There are items that may suit you and some that won’t but they have a good selection to choose from all in all. I will definitely be back which is saying something because the Bellagio NR is much closer to me, but Clovis NR is cleaner and has a better stock. Also all the people complaining about: a) the air conditioner b) no one saying “hello” at the door c) people “following me” plus other random pettiness. First of all if the air conditioning is too cold then leave - simple solution. No one throwing out the red carpet when I come in? I’m cool with that, after all I’m there to shop not spend the day with the associates, I don’t care if you say hello to me or not, I’ll live. If I think people are following me why would I not just confront said boogeyman? Or here’s a thought, I’ll leave never to darken that doorway again. As for some of the other complaints, news flash - it’s a place of business not your bff’s house, or catering to your very personal style, size, color … it’s a retail every day business not Dior or Chanel haute couture. Negative reviews for seemingly petty issue’s is just …. well… petty."

"Love that there is a Nordstrom Rack I. Clovis. The store is neat and clean, hopefully it stays this way. The associates were very nice and knowledgeable."

"I went on the first day it opened, there was lots of associates working which was great. Unfortunately all the management that were standing at the entrance as everyone walked by never greeted anyone as they walked in. I stayed by the entrance shopping and not once heard anyone say “Welcome in” “Hello” no customer service what’s so ever. Passed 7 employees not one said Hi. It’s important that you get friendly people hired in Nordstrom Rack as this could be discouraging to shop here."
