"Screamed at me telling me my breastmilk was bad and tried to force me to feed my newborn formula even though the nicu in Ft Worth found her to be allergic to ALL formula. Refused to help get her on donor breast milk, so unless he’s changed his stance, he is super anti breastfeeding. Not only that, but the reason my infant wasn’t gaining was because she had 3 holes in her heart. This man almost made me lose my daughter because he couldn’t see past his own issues to check for an underlying cause for her inability to gain weight. She was born with Down syndrome. He assumed that it was my fault and that I was basically starving my baby. Thank goodness we switched doctors. The new one saved her life. If we had continued to see this man, my daughter probably wouldn’t be here today. The new one found out she needed urgent heart surgery within a week of her first visit to him. If you love your baby, don’t go here!"

"Trash my baby got sick at 5 am I called my drs office. My beloved Dr.Rao unfortunately was not on call this weekend and I was left with dr. Ucol. This man literally told me my baby has Rsv and hung the phone up. There was no question, no concern, no I gaf about children on my days off. I had to call the office back and ask if that’s procedure we then put in another request to talk to the physician and he doesn’t call. Terrible experience right a crossed the hall from the man who’s not only my child’s dr but was mine for 16 yrs. Now I know if my baby EVER gets sick and Jesus ucol is on call I’m better off just going to the er. Thanks for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING JESUS. hopefully when you’re old they don’t just throw you on hospice hopefully someone cares enough to try."

"Dr ucols wife is very Rude Unprofessional and un caring towards my daughter My daughter has been going to Dr Ucol for 11 years. Well i called months ago let them know i had cancer and was in for treatments and needed reschedule. Well i went to reschedule i was told from secretary Kate was no longer a Patient I was beyond upset, i asked to talk to Mrs Ucol and was told she she was in a meeting. When i was talking to secretary she placed me on hold than guess who came on (*MRS BITCHY UCOL*) She said your daughter is no longer a patient BYEBYE and hung up. I talked to her old secretary a week ago at a yard sale. She told me one main reason she quit was from Dr Ucols wife She needs to be terminated"
