"Received a bill from them through Radiology Associates of Wichita Falls and I've never been to OSTC in my entire life. Seems they're running scams on the side."

"I've been here for a few MRI's. Each time Frank and his staff are kind and attentive. I've had concerns regarding contrast and he accommodated me appropriately and with compassion. Finding someone understanding and open minded in the medical field these days is like finding a needle in the hay stack. I highly recommend them for anyone needing an MRI in our area."

"I’m literally in the parking lot in tears! In Lawton, where I live, I could not find anywhere that would do an MRI for less than $1000. I felt helpless-just had 2 spine procedures December 2020 and there’s still something wrong. My back is pretty much crippling me. This was such a great place and Frank took such great care of me. He was gentle and compassionate and very friendly. Made me smile when I wanted to cry. I’m so very thankful for OSTC helping people like me and so many others out there in need. Thank you Frank! "My husband had an appointment today at a certain time. We got there ten minutes prior to his appointment as he had been there previously and was not a new patient. We waited 45 minutes in the waiting area and still were not called back. When people work and have jobs their lunches are not hours long. It's a certain time frame just like scheduling appointments is at a certain time. They were an hour behind! So us being courteous and getting there early did not get anything in return but tardiness and we can reschedule you on there part. I asked if they over scheduled, replied no just spends that much time in the rooms. So to me if you know you are going to spend a good amount of time in the rooms then space out your appointments so that people can be seen on time as scheduled. Not very happy right now. I gave 2 stars because my doctor has is part of this team and has not disappointed us yet. Sometimes the bad just out weighs the good."

"My Doctors office scheduled me an appointment with OSTC MRI center. Frank, a very discourteous employee neglected to call me and tell me when I was supposed to be there. I missed my appt and Franks response was there was an electronic glitch. When I finally did get my MRI, a week passed and my results were never sent to my physicians office for review. Once again frank attributed it to an electronic glitch. I called Frank to confront him and he asked me what did I want him to do about it? How about just try doing your damn job Frank. I'd fire the man in a heartbeat!"
