"Warning ! If you don't have your receipt but just your original form of payment for a new item return, you'll still get the huge hassel by one of the 3 teenagers that run the place... The other 2 will be slack jawed... as the bold one tries to talk you out of the ability to return the faulty item... (a doorway swing that you'll soon find out cannot clamp onto doors with any kind of rounded molding!) but then you see the sign that says to have your original form of payment for a return is ok... pick it up and begin waving it in a circle with many witnesses ... the leader of the teenagers management team will only acquiesce after explaining that Red Balloon only has 7 stores, so they are not a "big" company! (And they pretend to not know how to "do" a return! ) I think mentioning that I'm a 30 million hit Google Guide helped substantially in getting them to do a "simple" exchange for a different item .. *(smh). I wonder why 3 inexperienced youngsters run an expensive mall shop!"
