"First time being here and the pool and slides and jump boards were nice but sad i cant say the same for the staff at the front. We were told we could not bring our cooler (which had water and my medicine and ice that can not be in hot places) because coolers weren’t allowed in the pool area. This was the only rule that i did not see displayed . When a party arrived they had coolers and were allowed to bring their coolers in. When i asked why they were able to bring in their coolers the lady in front rudely told me “because they paid for a party. Are you going to buy tickets or not?” The only reason i stayed with my family was i didnt want to waste our day."

"There are so many things that I love about this aquatic center. There is an abundance of lifeguards that actually are aware of what's going on and intervene when necessary. There is a shower area with restrooms and the whole area is kept clean. I can bring outside food or drinks and it's not an issue. There is plenty of lawn chairs around the area for my family's comfort. The way the pool is set up, it keeps the diving board and the deep area seperate from the "toddler" area (a zero depth pool). There is a spray grounds for smaller kids and two monitored slides for bigger kids (yes, you can go down with your small child and it also has a lifeguard). The staff is a mixture of ages, but primarily younger. Even given that they look young, they are still so sweet, patient, and wonderful with my two smaller children. There is also a shaded concession area. After several Summers, we have finally found a place where I can take my 4 and 6 year old without a massive crowd around. The selling point is that a family pass for 4 for the season is $145 total, no extra fees or taxes. It gets you into both Aquatic Centers and you are also allowed an hour early entrance before the general public. The hours are extended in the Summertime so it's open later than most splash pads/pools. Parking is also in abundance. I am hapoy with the purchase of the season pass and I am looking forward to a Summer of fun! Highly recommended!"
