"The staff was excellent at helping us with a Christmas Tree purchase. Signs were clearly displayed with prices and the trees were tagged with the types and heights and correlating colors to the pricing chart. We picked out a lovely aromatic Frasier Fir. The staff was helpful in cutting the tree and netting it for us and the cashier was very friendly."
"EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I showed up at t til close because I'm a pain in the butt and was greeted with smiling faces happy to help get me on the road. Manager even stepped in to assist his crew load me up with mulch at 10 at night. Will see be back."

"When I went in through the garden department, I asked the woman at the register where I could find Diatomaceous earth. She proceeds to ask me, with attitude, what do I plan to use it for? I answered to get rid of bugs. She walks over to a younger guy helping out other customers to ask if they have it. He told her were to find it, she relays the directions to me...uhhh how about walking to help me find it?!?!?! I get inside and can't find it. The next lady was clueless as to what it was, but she DID find another employee who was able to get me right to it and handed me a bag. If I had been left to find that crap alone - I would have rated it ONE star."
