Once it was complete, he came back and showed us exactly how to complete all of the pool maintenance & was available anytime we had questions! More recently, Matt even went above & beyond and helped us out with deep cleaning our pool filter when my husband couldn’t tend to it due to some health issues. "We just finished our pool built by TLC pools. Matt was great to work with. Great communication via phone, text &email. He showed up & came to our house several times during the quote process. & showed up numerous times to check out the progress. Building a pool is construction & a process & it took us some time to build our pool/spa/arbor so just expect that when building a pool or any construction, You will have delays with weather, material & labor. We love our pool, it turned out great. we wouldn't hesitate to use Matt again."

"Matt Smith the owner of TLC Pools in Sherman Texas has not finished the work we paid for. Two of the waterfalls have problems-one dumps water BEHIND the pool, not in it and the other doesn't work at all. One of the boulders has come completely loose. The contract calls for a gazebo and he did not provide it. He still has the roofing shingles we provided for the gazebo and has not given them back. He has been paid. He will not return calls or mail. Update: Matt Smith of TLC Pools indicated that we have not paid our bills and that we have changed the design of the gazebo. Then he posted a negative review about our business, which he has never used, trying to scare or bully us into not filing a suit against him. He has never been a customer nor brought a dog to stay at our Pet Resort. We have all 5 star reviews from real customers. I am including pictures of the paid bills, the date the project was supposed to be complete (June) and todays date (September), the contract indicating it included a gazebo and a picture Matt created of the gazebo we were to recieve. I included a picture of how rediculous our pool looks with the pylons and no gazebo. The gazebo design has not changed one bit. I am also including a snap shot of complaints filed against him with the Better Business Bureau. I won't reply again here as this is not the forum to handle legal matters. I am simply posting because I'm trying to save someone else the grief we are experiencing."
