"When possible, I support local businesses, but Thompson has made that impossible. I have contacted Thompson Pools by phone 8 times over the course of 2 months to get a quote for an in-ground pool for my home. I am consistently told someone is out of town, out of the office, my messages will be relayed to the individual who handles quotes, the quote will be emailed to me in a week, etc. After 2 months, with no progress, I cannot in good conscience support this business. I understand that grace must be given to small businesses during the busy season, but 2 months for something as simple as a quote is inexcusable. I was able to get a quote the same day from Splash Pools in Lawton."
