"I've never had any issues doing business here up until yesterday. I went in to cancel my Honda Care Plan (extended warranty) for my Honda foreman including the wheel and tire warranty. Reason I was canceling is because I plan on doing modifications to it and putting new wheels and tires and I'm doing it myself. Which, after reading the terms and conditions I know that as soon as I do those things to it it will void the warranties. So why would I want to pay for something that I know will be worthless once I do the modifications. I tried explaining this to the lady there. I also mentioned if I can save $20 bucks doing this that also is a plus. Instead of just taking care of me, she couldn't, she had to interrogate me first on why I was making my decision. I tried being patient and answering her questions even though the contract on those warrants clearly states that I can cancel at ANYTIME, FOR ANY REASON. It seemed like I didn't have a good enough reason for her. Then she says "well you're only gonna be saving like $10-$20 a month so is it even worth it at this point" It took everything for me not to blow up at that remark. Who is she to tell me what I can and can't afford. I don't care if I'm trying to save myself .75¢ that's my prerogative. Some people are willing to throw money away just because they can. I'm not those people. She came off as if she expects customers to just throw their money away and if you want to save money she makes you feel as if you are cheap.. mind you this the second machine I'm buying from them. After it was all said and done and she finally game me the cancellation paper to fill out and when I wanted some clarity on what the process. Her response was " I really don't know how that all works." So basically she can sell you a warranty but if you try and cancel one she "doesn't really know how it all works." All she knows is it can take up to 6weeks to process. I guess you have to be purchasing something that day in order to be treated with respect and receive great customer service. Customer service and how you treat people is what is going to keep people coming back and spending their hard earned money. You are just an authorized dealer you're not the only one that carries Honda. Treat ALL your customers the same and with the same respect regardless of what they are in there for."

"IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR MOTORCYCLE DO NOT TAKE IT HERE. Last time they had my bike they had it for over a month, charged me, and did not fix the problem(which turned out to be a simple O-ring) they've stripped my bolts and Allen key heads, broke clips, if it's something you can break, they'll break it. It's also been retuned to me missing aftermarket parts that I put on. Save your bike, make the trip to the city"
