"This little spot is great. May not look like much but all my kids had a great time even with the rain delay. The ladies that ran the pool were real patient and nice. Well definitely return."
"Such a cool place to be in such a miserable hot summer. Bring sunscreen, goggles & enjoy your day. There’s plenty of parking & so much pool space you won’t feel crowded. If you feel like the drive is too long for a day trip, make a weekend out of it & camp at the adjacent lake. Then go catch a movie at the drive in in Shattuck."
"Clear water in the actual lake the natural pool was great good temps fair price made my skin soft not a lake like smell sand at bottom of pool snacks are fair price!"
"We went to go to the pool but didn't realize they were closed on the weekdays already. Drove a hour and a half to get there. At least the lake was available to "swim" in. The lake was mostly shallow but, my 16 year old son swam around the entire thing. It was very pretty and I took a lot of pictures. We were looking for wildlife and saw a few ducks. There is fish of some sort in the lake. One of my kids think they saw one about 14 inches or so. I did see bluegill or something. Be careful if you walk into the lake; it gets squishy in some places. I sank in down to my knee! Almost freaked out but got unstuck. The bridge is cool that goes out to an island. Don't know why there is a sign to stay off it. All in all, we had a good time but I don't really know if I'd be driving that far to go back."
"Great area to walk or run, with a footpath around the artesian water lake fed by a natural spring. Between Memorial Day and Labor Day it is also home to the largest open air artesian water swimming pool in the state, open from 1-6pm daily through mid-August, then weekends to Labor Day."
