"Smoke smell everywhere was overwhelming from rooms to restaurants! Went to concert and paid up for 2nd row seats only to find that they had 6 rows of special reserved for locals. These people were standing the whole time forcing everyone to stand. Other locals were standing in the isle blocking viewing without consideration for paying customers. I’ll never go there again. We booked 2 nights but left after the concert…and drove down the road to a nice hotel."

"A little out if the way for my wife and I. Gambling is always hit or miss. Chance you take when you go to a casino. I have never stayed in any of the rooms so I wouldn't know about them, that's the reason for the 5 star room rating, can't give less than that for something I've never experienced. Food is ok, nothing to really brag about but not bad either. Service has always been pleasant."

"The casino is fine. The issue is when you purchase tickets for one of their concerts they will inevitably lower them substantially when the show date gets closer. Up to 50% off! It really makes you feel like you have been taken. And no there is no way to get a refund of the difference. It is a horrible practice, and leaves a terrible taste in ones mouth."

"The hotel and rooms are great the water park is pretty cool. The water park food court is absolutely disgusting and way over priced. The worker was rude and told us they didn’t have ice cream which we found out a little later was a lie. The breakfast provided by hotel the first year we went was really good. This time the breakfast was terrible and what i would imagine prison food would taste like. So pretty much eat somewhere away from the hotel unless u eat at the casino food court."

"We came for a concert: Styx were so good. Be aware that the first six rows in the event centre are reserved and not for public sale so you will not buy front row tix. The hotel part was good. Food options are alright. Casino was super smoky. You cannot sign drinks to your room. Bartender was not friendly. We were overcharged for our room, 249 instead of 129 and it took two weeks and two phone calls to resolve it, but they did finally credit the difference back to my c/c."
