"Very disappointed. I'm trying to place an order for 17 people for a work lunch meeting tomorrow. Online Order for the Davis Ogden store has been down with no explanation since 9am this morning. I tried at least once every hour to get into it till just after 1pm. I tried calling their store phone number, but I only got a recorded message, also with no explanation about why I couldn't talk to someone. I tried emailing them and sending a contact request on the website, but I have not had a response. Lastly, I tried visiting them in person 20 minutes before closing, and the door was locked. We're ordering from someone else instead."

"For a group luncheon at work I had ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich with a side of chili and a coke for a drink. Instead of pieces of chicken and 1 or 2 strips of bacon I got a scoop of GREEN tuna fish looking paste. The chili had a few beans and the rest was lukewarm mush, and the soda wasn't even cool to the touch.l, like it was taken out of a 12 pack off the floor. Bad experience..spent $15+ went back to work hungry..."
