"I went in with my wife and was looking for some shoes for her. She went straight to the discontinued shelf and was able to find a couple of pairs that met her needs. The one thing that I noticed is that even those prices were very very expensive. I can't imagine what we would have paid if we would have shopped for other shoes."

"The level of incompetence on every level was shocking and now I'm down 84 dollars and have no new shoes. I bought some shoes that turned out to hurt my feet while driving so I went back to the store to trade them in for a larger size. Well they didn't have the size I wanted so they did an online exchange to be sent to my address at no extra charge. We'll somehow even after I put in my current address, confirmed it on the swivle screen, they still managed to ship them to my old address that apparently was tied to my rewards account I didn't even remember having. Well they arrived and unfortunately they weren't there at the address. The house was for sale, probably taken off the porch. Called customer support and the gal who i was discussing this problem implied this was not the first time this has happened. Anyways, I had to wait ~3 weeks for me to call customer support again to be able to make a claim for my lost shoes. They said they would send a check out. And what do they do??? Send me an email that it was going to the same address as my shoes. I IMMEDIATELY call them to try and fix that. They said theyll take care of it. Well ive waited over a month for that check, i have not received it. In these calls to customer support, I have constantly told them the problem about the address being not correct and they just are so incompetent i just cant believe this is a major company. So months later, I'm out 84 dollars. I have no shoes I wanted. I still don't have new shoes. Im furious with this company and no one should support them in the slightest. Don't shop here."

"Tidy and quiet. Great selection of shoes, just wish they had a member of staff over by the benches for anyone needing assistance with either sizing your feet or to go out the back and check for a different size which isn't on display."
