"Absolutely the worst customer service EVER!! We planned a 1st time trip to Hawaii and after we purchased and paid for everything, we wanted to upgrade to first class seats on the flight!! Complete silence from Velocity!! Finally ended up going to the airport and buying the upgrade there!! What a joke!! We would give zero stars if we could!! Seen your response: you guys are a joke!! I continued to call back and purchase the upgrade and you NEVER CALLED ME BACK!! You can write all you want for a response…but we know what really happened."
