"I don't even know this provider yet somehow, she was listed on my referrals as a PCP and provider. My hippa rights entitle me to a certain level of protection. My personal information should not, in any way, shape, or form, be sent to a provider whom I have not approved, let alone someone I have never met. My health status also requires the care of an internal medicine doctor and not a family practitioner. Renae West is a family practitioner. I have watched as several agencies in Utah have violated my rights, and I won't tolerate it. This alone is enough for me to leave this provider one star. I would leave less if I could."

"I am not one to write reviews unless I have only good things to say, but I am incredibly dissapointed in our experience with Dr. West. We took our 3 year old into urgent care because she had something in her stool that caused us concern. Yes, we brought it with us to the office so that the doctor could look at it. Dr. West was immediately disgusted, (I understand, it isn’t the most glamourous of things to look at) but, what bothered me the most, is when my 3 year old asked what the smell was, and she replied, “It’s you, it’s you,” with a look of disgust. We purposely kept the experience for my daughter very low key and then Dr. West with her lack of respect for my daughter, ruined that. Fortunately, for us she is not our Primary Doctor, but I am writing this review to let people who are considering her as their primary care physician, to look elsewhere."
