"Really nice guy, but for some reason dodges my questions. He was not super attentive to my concerns and referred me to specialists without any clear explanation. I’ve tried to reach via phone call, office visit, and email with an extremely simple question and he relays his message via a nurse or receptionist. The issue is they aren’t giving me the answer that would just be so easy for him to answer if he were to talk to me. I want to give 5 stars because he is so kind! But my visit felt very rushed, and he doesn’t seem interested in answering follow up questions. You’re probably better off waiting to get an appointment with Dr. Kennedy at the same office. He doesn’t seem put off by patients concerns. I hope I’m wrong, because I’d like to believe he is better than what I’ve experienced this week."
"I've been going to Dr Curtis for years and the last couple years he has changed for the worse. He took away a medication I have been using most of my life for no reason and I have been miserable since. I was told at the last appt with my son, less than 2 months, ago that if he needed an increase in his dosage before his next appt to give a call and they could do that for us so I called today and they want me to pay to bring him in again instead.. I think it's time to find a new Dr. I am cash pay with no insurance and you know this so this is robbery and denial of care in my opinion."
"Dr. Curtis is very nice and very professional. I really like that he remembers me and my family. He takes time to listen to me and my concerns or questions. I also like his nurses as well, they are always friendly and professional as well."
"Dr. Curtis has always been very professional and I love his staff. They have always been accommodating to my work schedule and the nurses are very caring."
"Unprofessional and Rude. I called to make a new patient appointment after being referred by a friend. The receptionist, I assume, began to get my information and then put my on hold for several mins while waiting for a nurse. Both women began to tell me a needed a Psych Eval for one of my medications that my Family Practitioner has given to me for years. I tried to explain that I did not need an eval due to the diagnosis code but they would not listen. The nurse basically brushed me off and was rude. DO NOT come to this office. The staff needs serious training in their manners."
