"What a grossly negligent and unprofessional place!! I do not recommend this place! They have failed my father in law since October. First they pulled his teeth because the bridge failed and took “measurements” for dentures. When we returned to get the dentures we got back in the chair and then they informed us they did not have the dentures and we would have to come back. (A simple call before our appointment could have told us that) then when we came back again they found that another tooth was bad and pulled that one but didn’t take new measurements so when we came back again the dentures didn’t fit! So they had to be remeasured so now it’s Christmas and they schedule us for January 8th. well now they have sent us a text on January 5th in the late afternoon that they are actually closed on January 8th and need to reschedule him for January 12th! My father in law is 85 years old and cannot move around very well, so someone has to take off work or school to drive him to all of these appointments taking up our time! I am going to add this review to the Orem and Lindon locations because he has had to go to both, they keep changing it on him."

"Professional Dental is AMAZING! All of my scheduled teeth cleanings and any work that I have had done to my teeth have been pain free!! The staff here is by far the best out of any other dental practice I have been to! They are all so knowledgeable, super friendly, and make you feel as comfortable as possible! Dr. Gaye and Dr. Miller are incredible dentists, all of the dental hygienists here are amazing, and the girls at the front desk are also the best! I highly recommend Professional Dental to anyone and everyone that is looking for the right dental practice!"
